Condolence: My heart goes out to Rick's family. Gertie, Marsha's family, Janet's family and Joe's family. As Rick's friend first and then his brother-in-law,I have been a part of your family for so many years. I will miss Rick. His humor, laughter, friendship and generosity that he has shown through the 50 years I have know him. He is in a better place and he doesn't have to hurt any more. He is God's hands. RIP my friend.

Condolence: I knew Rick from working at the Kalamazoo Public Schools. When Rick first came to KPS he was so enthusiastic in his goal of safety for each building and student and employee. His enthusiasm was contagious. Rick did a great job and he was great to work with. He was patient, kind and thoughtful and always with a warm and friendly spirit. My sympathy to the family.
