Condolence: So very sad. Pat was truly one of kind and a very special lady who I am blessed to have known and call a friend. I especially appreciated her efforts as leader of the CARE Team at St. Tim's. It takes a special person to help people during such difficult times. I'll keep Joe and her family in my prayers.
