Condolence From: Amy Gillett
Condolence: My love and prayers for Roy's family and friends. What a blessing to have wonderful people in our lives. And I consider it an honor to have known Roy. In High School Roy was the ultimate friend. He and my brother, Marc, played football and basketball for Comstock HS. We all spent much time together. In fact, my brother named his son after Roy. Such fond memories. He will certainly be missed. A real "gentle man". God Bless you all.

Condolence: Dave met Roy through work and enjoyed many years working with him at Parker. Since they have both been retired their friendship grew and they spent time each week at Roy's garage just talking . Roy was a multi-talented individual with many talents. He hung a light fixture for me and installed a new sink in my kitchen. He and I had a bet that he could not fix a drawer of mine that kept falling off the track. Well he won! And I owed him a hug. I still owe him that hug and I sure wish I could give it to him. Dave and I will miss him greatly. It reminds us how fragile life is and how important it is to let people know how much they mean to you.

Condolence: To all of Roy’s family my deepest condolences with respect go all. And cherish the memories of Roy we have.
Roy, my Buddy as we would say, I do and will always will cherish and reminisce the great times and days we had throughout our earlier years of our lives. And have often shared them in conversation with many of our Friends and much with my son and daughter (Jackson and Shannon) when asked about our softball days and the team and how we had you on 1st base and was known as stretch!!!
Those years was great as we can remember you, me and the team β€”. AMBS AUCTION SSERVIVES & PEPPERS LOUNGE β€”. And always the fun times we spent in the garage with Earney . And upmost when we Dedicated our time coaching basketball πŸ€ teaching and passing on your great athletic B ball skills and yes some I had!!!
There are many more I’ll keep and share.
Well Roy you will be missed and the memories and thoughts we will always have your family, friends and me joey R.I.P. in joinining with Marlyn .

Condolence From: Chris Lewis
Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Roy for many years. We often would visit during break time. He so often spoke very highly of Marilyn and his daughter Angela. He loved them dearly.
People who work together often form bonds of not only friendships, but also a kind of family bond. We at Parker were a relatively small group, therefore we knew most of our fellow employees.
Roy was a great family man and a truly good person. I'm so sorry to have heard of your loss. May he rest in Jesus peace.
