I worked with the Rita at Perry Drug stores for eight years. She was always a delight to be around with her quick wit and warm heart. We even hung out at her house a couple times and made strawberry margaritas and talked and laughed. So many great memories. Rita was a special lady! She will be missed by all who knew her. Our heartfelt condolences to the family. Kathy (Runk) and Ron Schauer

I remember Rita when she worked at the Rite-Aide Drug Store on the corner of S. Westnedge & Kilgore. She always had a smile and a joke. Also, she had some sort of tradition of calling people at the first of the month and saying "Rabbit Rabbit" -- not sure just why she did that but you knew you were a buddy if you got the 'call'. Rita, Lucy, and Josie -- what a good crew!!
